NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Conflict
Assessment Meeting with the City of Port St. Joe pursuant to §164.1053
in which the meeting will be held to discuss initial resolution of Gulf
County, Florida in opposition and challenge to the City of Port St. Joe,
Florida Ordinance 584. This Conflict Assessment Meeting is noticed in
accordance with Florida Statute §164.1031(7). Specifically, Gulf County
has initiated the conflict resolution procedures and hereby publicly
notices the date and time for the meeting during which this issue shall
be addressed by the interested parties pursuant to Florida Statute and
during which other matters may be addressed in public by the two parties
including but not limited to:
1. Gulf County, Florida Resolution 2021-16 in response to City of Port St. Joe Ordinance 584 (Conflict Assessment Meeting)
2. Gulf County Water Service District Area Ordinance
The listed meeting will be held during
the Gulf County Board of County Commissioner’s Conflict Assessment
Meeting on Tuesday May 11, 2021 called for 9:00 a.m. est. to be held in
the Donald H. Butler Commissioner Chamber and meeting room in the Robert
M. Moore Administration Building, Gulf County Courthouse Complex, Port
St. Joe, Florida pursuant to Florida Statutes §164.1031(7), §197.3632
and §125.
If a person decides to appeal any decisions made by the Gulf County
Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he/she
will need a record of the proceedings and that for such purpose he/she
may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings made and which
would include any evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
