The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any person, company, or corporation interested in providing the following:


Printing of the 2019 Official Gulf County Visitor Guide


Sealed bids must be submitted to the Gulf County Clerk of Court’s Office at 1000 Cecil G. Costin, Sr. Blvd., Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456 to be received no later than 4:30 p.m., E.T. on Friday, November 16, 2018. Sealed bids will be opened at this same location on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., E.T.

Please indicate on the outside of the envelope YOUR COMPANY NAME, that this is a SEALED BID, and include the BID NUMBER. Provide one original and three copies of your bid.

Complete bid specifications may be obtained from the Gulf County Clerk’s Office at 1000 Cecil G. Costin, Sr. Blvd., Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, (850) 229-6112 or on the County’s website at www.gulfcounty-fl.gov. DISASTER RECOVERY CONSULTANT SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (AMENDED AND EXTENSION DATE)

Gulf County Board of County Commissioners have publicly met and voted unanimously October 23rd, 2018 to extend the submittal date for RFP 1819-02 from qualified vendors for Disaster Recovery Consultant Services at the Gulf County Administration, 1000 Cecil G. Costin, Blvd., Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, Clerks Office, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456. Sealed BIDS will be received by Gulf County Board of County Commissioners for AMENDED RFP 1819-02 up and until 12:00 on Thursday, October 25, 2018.

Gulf County Board of County Commissioners have also authorized that bid submissions may be submitted electronically to either info@gulfclerk.com up until this deadline. Confirmation of receipt from the Gulf County Clerk’s office is required for any and all timely electronic filing of submittals. Gulf County Board of County Commissioners shall also continue to receive bid submissions via delivery of hard copy that must be sealed and marked with the name of the proposer, the Bid number and titled RFP 1819-02- DISASTER RECOVERY CONSULTANT SERVICES. Each submittal by shall include one (1) original and five (5) copies of the proposal. Bids must be delivered to the Gulf County Clerk of Courts, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, FL 32456 so as to reach said office no later than 12:00 P.M. (EST), Thursday, October 25, 2018, Bids will be opened at the same location on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. (EST) at the Gulf County Clerk of Courts Office. Proposals received later than the date and time by either courier, mail or electronically as specified will be rejected. The Gulf County BOCC is not responsible for the late deliveries of proposals that are incorrectly addressed, delivered in person, by mail, electronically without confirmation of receipt by Gulf County Clerk’s office or any other type of delivery service.

Bids must be submitted with proposal Forms provided in the AMENDED “Request for Proposal” (RFP). Bid documents may be downloaded from the Gulf County website at: www.gulfcounty-fl .gov.

Bids are due no later than 12:00 PM October 25, 2018 and should be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “RFP No. 1819-02 Disaster Recovery Consultant Services”. All Bids received after the deadline for submission will not be opened or considered.

The Board of County Commissioners of Gulf County reserves the right to waive formalities or informalities to reject or award any and all bids or part(s) thereof, or to negotiate further with any or all bidders and accepts no responsibility for the expense of preparation or delivery of bids to the County. Responses to this AMENDED Request for Proposals will be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners after October 25, 2018 with a recommendation for bid award or rejection of all bids.

BIDDER MUST SUBMIT (1) ORIGINAL AND (5) COPIES OF THE BID.
