The proposed scope of work will include a combination of widening, resurfacing, and the addition of paved shoulders along 8.17 miles of CR 387 from SR 71 to Murphy Road. Engineering firms shall be FDOT qualified in Work Type 10.1: Roadway CEI.

CARES ACT CONSULTING SERVICES AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners, Gulf County, Florida (the “County”) is seeking solicitations from vendors to provide CARES ACT Consulting and Program Management (“Cares Act Consulting”) consulting services. Gulf County is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to perform consulting services in compliance and as supported by federal guidelines and those of sub recipients of awarded bidders and consultants. Awarded firms shall be responsible for the performance of all required contracted consulting services as well as any and all associated services as required by Gulf County. All submitted Proposals shall be for principal firms and may include sub-contractors.

Please note that any and all funds that derive from or based within Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 seek to foster local economic development, neighborhood economic improvement, and individual self-sufficiency. Section 3 businesses under the HUD Act are encouraged to submit a proposal as any responsive, responsible respondent that qualifies as a Section 3 business concern will be given a preference during evaluation. Awarded firms shall be responsible for the performance of all required contracted consulting services as well as any and all associated services as required by Gulf County. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development may make eligible Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds to Gulf County for activities authorized under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 United States Code (U.S.C.) 5301 et seq.)
